Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policy



To define MKH Events’ policy in respect of event registration, cancellation, and refunds (as applicable). 


The Scope of the Policy 


This policy is applicable to all the events that MKH Events organize where individual and/or group registrations and fees are required. 



Event means the activity that is being conducted

Registration Fee means the fee required to be paid to entitle the delegate to attend the event 

Administration Fee means a fee deducted from the total amount of the Paid Registration fee. It is intended to cover the cost of processing any cancellation of the registration and payment refund.


Policy Statement

MKH Events, acting on behalf of an event’s organizing committee:


  • reserves the right to alter any of the arrangements for the Event as published, during the whole course of the Event if deemed necessary.

  • reserves the right to cancel or terminate the event or to refuse a registration for the Event.

  • does not accept responsibility for any costs, charges, or fines incurred by the delegates in the process of attending the Event

  • reserves the right to provide special discounts in group registrations, and other special registrations (if applicable) subject to the general approval of the Event committee 


Payment of Registration Fee


  • Registration fee is payable days prior to the commencement of the Event. If payment cannot be made before the Event, payment can be made at the venue prior to the commencement of the Event.

  • Registration fee must be transferred, depending on the chosen mode of payment to the Official Bank Account with the following details:

  • If different rates have been offered during the registration period, the amount of registration payment required to be settled must be in accordance with the period when special rates have been offered. 

Transfer of Registrations 


A substitute delegate is welcome to be processed with timely communication to the event organizer.  Requests for substitution must be made into writing to Substitutions made on the day of the event will require written permission from the original delegate.

  • Transfer of the refundable amount is through bank transfer with the provided Bank Details.

Thirty (30) working days prior to
